In the Spring of 2016, Gaudin Porsche of Las Vegas received the distinct honor of becoming the first Porsche Classic Partner in North America, and it stands as the first time that service, parts, and sales exclusively for the classic German sports car were available together under one roof.
Gaudin Porsche of Las Vegas is committed to providing the highest service to its guests and their vehicles. With only 34 Certified Porsche Classic Technicians currently in the United States, Gaudin Porsche of Las Vegas is home to 2 of these 34 highly trained individuals as part of our classic team.
Our relentless dedication, meticulous craftsmanship, and unwavering passion have led us to claim the title of 'National Champions' in the Preservation Class of the 2023 Porsche Restoration Challenge with our 1996 Porsche 911 Turbo along with the prestigious 'People's Choice' award. We also won the 'Regional Championship' of the 2022 Porsche Restoration Challenge the prior year by restoring a 1974 Porsche 914 LE.
Classic Manager
Steve Thiel, our esteemed Classic Manager, cultivated his extensive knowledge and expertise through a dedicated apprenticeship under the mentorship of renowned legends within the illustrious Porsche Community over the course of 18 years. Steve stands out as a singular figure with his depth of experience, professionalism, and an encyclopedic understanding of the Porsche brand.
Certified Porsche Classic Technicians
With only 34 Certified Porsche Classic Technicians in the United States, we are lucky to have two here at Gaudin Porsche of Las Vegas. On the right, Dan Sheridan, our classic shop foreman, has been immersed in the Porsche world since 1995 and possesses unparalleled experience and knowledge about the Porsche brand. On the left, Jason Buis graduated from UTI in 2021 and completed the PTAP program in 2022, gaining a solid foundation in automotive technology. He spent two impactful years at Porsche in Arizona, honing and refining his professional skills before joining the Gaudin family in June 2024.
