Porsche Roadside Assistance is designed to meet the needs of Porsche owners by helping them get back on their way quickly, easily and safely in the event of a mechanical disablement. Porsche owners enjoy 24 hour protection that includes access to over 30,000 emergency roadside assistance and towing  service facilities across the United States, enabling them to secure roadside assistance service anytime, anywhere by simply calling 1-800-PORSCHE.

• Covers any Porsche within 48 months/50,000 miles from original in-service date, whichever occurs first
• Full towing coverage to the closest Porsche Center (vehicles may have to be stored if the retailer is closed and has no designated night drop)

Coverage includes:

• Towing to closest Porsche Center (or upon request, to a preferred Porsche Center within 50 miles of the closest dealership
• Jump start
• Flat Tire Change
• Fuel Delivery (up to 3 gallons)
• Lockout Service (cost of keys not covered)
• Winching
• Accident towing coverage to the closest Porsche Certified Collision Center

Step 1: Customer calls 1-800-PORSCHE

• When a disablement occurs, the Porsche owner is greeted by a highly trained professional ready to dispatch the necessary roadside service.

Step 2: Agent Responds & Provides Dispatch Assistance

• An estimated time of arrival is obtained and service is secured.

Step 3: Follow Up Customer Communications

An automated callback system initiates two notifications to keep the customer informed on their service request status: 

• The first notification provides the customer with the name of the service provider and the estimated time of arrival
• The second notification confirms that service has arrived, further enhancing the customer experience and ensuring the service has met their needs.
